Breastfeeding and teeth.
A friend just asked me what do you do when your baby bites you while feeding?
This will happen at some point but it only has to happen ONCE!
When this happens take him/her off the breast, sit him/her
up and cover your breast. This can be the end of the session or you can wait 5 to 10 min and re-introduce the breast. If it happens again do exactly the same thing.
Don't talk to the baby while he/she is feeding.
Try not to laugh or over react stay calm and in control. If he/she gets a good reaction they will try it again, and again!

All babies get teeth at different ages but biting doesn't usually become a problem until solid foods have been introduced. This doesn't mean you need to stop breastfeeding just be consistent. Breastfeeding no biting!
